Gingerbread Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
- 2½ Cups Milk
- ½ Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Molasses
- 5 tbsp Brown Sugar, lightly Packed
- ¼ Cup Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ⅛ tsp salt
- Whip Cream, for serving
- Gingerbread Cookies, for serving
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine milk, heavy cream, molasses, and brown sugar. Stir occasionally until the sugar has dissolved.
- Once sugar is dissolved, whisk Cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, allspice, ground ginger, and salt
- Whisking occasionally, until it is hot. Serve with whip cream and a gingerbread cookie.
