For those of you who don’t know, a London Fog is an earl grey tea latte spiced with vanilla steamed foamy milk. This is my cookie version of this warm, comforting drink. These delightfully chewy cookies are speckled with vanilla bean, ground Earl grey tea and rolled in a spiced sugar. Chewy London Fog Cookies pair well with a warm latte and a cozy rainy day.
