Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cups Organic Sucanat
  • 1/2 Cup Pasture Raised Collagen Powder
  • 1/2 cup Bone Broth Powder I recommend Perfect Supplements brand
  • 1 Cup Dutch-Processed Cocao
  • 1 oz 85% Dark Chocolate Bar

Method
 

  1. In a food processor or a blender, add one and a half cups of Sucanat and blend into a powder.
  2. Then, in a large bowl, add powdered sucanat along with bone broth powder, collagen powder, and cacao powder, Stir until combined.
  3. Next, Using a citrus zester, Grate the 1oz of chocolate into the mixture. stir til combined, and store in an air tight container.
